The story

Why Dr. Sam does this work

Dr. Sam was raised in a chiropractic household. Long before he understood the biomechanics behind it, he saw what an adjustment could do — for a sibling stuck in bed with a migraine, for a parent worn down from long working hours, for an athlete on the family who needed to be back on the field by Saturday. The spine, treated well, changed the entire arc of someone's week.

That early, lived experience shaped his approach more than any textbook. By the time he entered chiropractic school, he had already decided what kind of practice he wanted to build: small, focused, one doctor, one room, no insurance middleman dictating session length, no rotating cast of assistants, no rushed fifteen-minute visits. Just real care, delivered the way patients actually deserve.

Training under the Johnson family at the Chiropractic & Spinal Trauma Center in Houston was the inflection point. The Ring Dinger® maneuver and the broader Johnson BioPhysics® system gave him a complete, biomechanically rigorous framework for restoring full-spine function — not just chasing symptoms one segment at a time. He returned to Southern California with a clear mission: bring this caliber of care to people in his own community.

Today, that mission plays out one patient at a time. The athletes who come in before a fight or a meet. The construction workers and warehouse staff who keep the Inland Empire moving. The teachers, nurses, and first responders who spend their days caring for everyone else. The grandparents who simply want to keep up with their grandkids. They all walk into the same clinic, get the same undivided attention, and leave with the same plain-language plan for getting their lives back.

How we practice

Four principles that guide every visit

These are not marketing slogans. They are the operating rules of the practice and the reason patients consistently describe their experience here as different from anywhere else they have been treated.

Find the source, not the symptom

Pain is rarely where the problem started. Every visit begins with a careful evaluation of posture, motion, and load patterns so we treat the actual driver — not just the spot that hurts.

One doctor, one room, full attention

No assistants, no rushed handoffs, no production line. Dr. Sam personally performs every consultation and every adjustment, start to finish.

Conservative first, always

Most spinal pain responds to focused, hands-on care. Surgery and long-term medication should be a last resort — not a first option.

Honest, time-bounded plans

You will know what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how long it should take. If care is not producing results, the plan changes.

Path to practice

From a chiropractic family to a Certified Ring Dinger® clinic

  1. Childhood

    A chiropractic family

Dr. Sam grew up watching his parents and siblings transform their health under chiropractic care — building a lifelong conviction in the body's ability to heal when the spine moves the way it should.

    Formal training

Earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a focus on full-spine biomechanics, neurology, and rehabilitative care — the foundation for the integrated approach he uses today.

  3. Ring Dinger® Certification

Trained directly under the Johnson family

Completed Ring Dinger® and Johnson BioPhysics® certification at the Chiropractic & Spinal Trauma Center in Houston, Texas — one of a limited number of providers certified directly by Dr. Gregory Johnson.

  5. Today

Techniques

Trained in the techniques that actually move the needle

Dr. Sam combines classical chiropractic precision with modern decompression and structural-correction work. Each technique has its place — the right one for your case is matched to your findings, not the other way around.
